#case
Tech Story is a tech store in Rostov-on-Don that has been operating since 2014. The store’s main focus is selling smartphones (Apple, Samsung), laptops, headphones, gaming consoles, smart speakers, and other electronics.
Before this partnership, sales were primarily offline and through Avito. The customer base was mostly repeat buyers and referrals. Online, the brand had no systematic presence: no social media setup, no website, no visual identity, and low brand awareness.

TECH STORY

about the project:
Strengths — extensive experience, established client relationships, quality service and customer trust
Competition — strong federal retail chains and marketplaces operating with aggressive price dumping strategies.
Challenges — lack of online visibility and systematic marketing
Local Business Focus — it was important to emphasize the store’s convenience and proximity for city residents.
Target Audience — young, active tech users and families who value convenience, service quality, and a creative approach.
Limited Starting Budget, the launch required maximum efficiency and carefully optimized investments.
What was taken into account during the work:
(01)
Branding & Offline Activities
We designed and produced branded materials: business cards, shopping bags, stickers, and labels.
We prepared layouts and launched three fully branded buses running on key city routes.
These buses significantly increased brand awareness and became the foundation of a viral offline campaign: “Take a photo of the bus — get a free screen protector.”
Free screen protector installations were organized directly in-store, which increased foot traffic and customer engagement.
(02)
Social Media
We designed and launched pages on Instagram, VKontakte, and Telegram, developing a unified visual concept and content strategy.
We introduced regular content categories: tech reviews, buying guides, product comparisons, customer stories
We organized professional photo and video shoots for Stories, Reels, and posts.
Collaborations with ambassadors and local bloggers were launched, helping to quickly build trust with the local audience.

A solid foundation for scaling was created: website, CRM system, developed visual identity, and a strong creative platform.
